Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns of products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our customer service team to confirm the correct return address.

Important Notes:

Custom-order or personalized items, including on-site service appointments, are not eligible for return or refund.

If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping company you choose.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, we will cover the return shipping fee.

No restocking fee will be charged to customers for product returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@tscbro.com.
