BLT5 series is an intelligent cutting head developed for high-power tube cutting. The 90-degree right-angle optical path design can reduce the optical fiber swing angle and ensure cutting stability. The new mechanical structure design can support the cutting of I-beams up to 400MM×400MM. It is equipped with process monitoring, intelligent perforation and other functions as standard, and multiple sets of sensors ensure efficient, stable and safe production.
BLT6 series is an intelligent cutting head developed for ultra-high power laser equipment. With new optical path design and optimized optical lens, it is easy to install, has excellent performance, double dustproof and stable cutting. The perforation detection and process monitoring functions can effectively improve production efficiency and product yield.
