Special copper welding wire containing a small amount of deoxidizing elements such as tin, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, etc., with a melting point of 1020-1050℃. Silicon, manganese and phosphorus are mainly added as deoxidizers, while tin improves the fluidity of copper. It has the characteristics of excellent welding process performance, beautiful weld formation, high mechanical properties and good crack resistance.
Bronze welding wire containing 3% silicon and a small amount of manganese, with a melting point of 965℃-1035℃. It has excellent welding process performance and high weld mechanical properties. It is used for welding silicon bronze, brass and its welding with steel, galvanized thin steel plates, etc.
Iron-free aluminum bronze welding wire, melting point is 1030-1040℃. It can resist light load wear, seawater and common acid corrosion. It is suitable for aluminum-plated steel plates, ship propellers, slide rails, sliding surfaces and bearing surfaces, as well as gray cast iron connection welding and surfacing welding in the machinery manufacturing industry, chemical industry and shipbuilding industry, and corrosion-resistant aluminum bronze or brass welding.
It is a special brass wire containing a small amount of tin and silicon, with a melting point of about 890-905℃. Tin can improve the fluidity of the welding wire, while silicon can effectively control the evaporation of zinc and eliminate pores, thereby obtaining a good weld. It is suitable as a filling material for brass and copper gas welding, and is also widely used for brazing steel and cast iron and inlaying carbide tools. It can also be used as a surfacing material for low-pressure valve sealing surfaces and light-load wear-resistant surfaces.
High quality welding, fast arc starting, stable welding arc and little spatter
Good resistance to base metal surface oxidation, oil resistance, and good welding performance
High deposition rate of welding wire, more beautiful weld formation, high welding efficiency
