SFU1610 Ball Screw
- SFU1610 is a standard external circulation ball screw. The "16" in the model number indicates that the nominal diameter of the screw is 16mm, and the "10" indicates that the lead is 10mm.
- The external circulation design enables it to have a higher load capacity and better heat dissipation performance.
- The lead is larger (10mm), which is suitable for occasions that require fast movement.
Lubrication
- When using a ball screw actuator, it must be fully lubricated. Insufficient lubrication will increase wear, cause failures or shorten service life.
- When lubricating a DFU ball screw with grease, use a lithium soap-based grease with a dynamic viscosity of 30~140mm²/s (40°C).
- When lubricating with oil, use a lubricant registered as ISO VG32~100.
